ciao a tutti! i do apologize for my silence but from nepal i have not been able to upload any data...today we just passed the border with india and we should be in varanasi,the holy city on the ganga river,before sunset. Sad to leave kathmandu and this fascinating country,its holy temples,the smiles of the childrens,the colourfull street markets but also the overcrowded roads,the noise of the car horns and the never tired street seller 'hi sir,sorry sir,where are u from sir? Hashish? Smoke? Treking?'... kath is for sure the most polluted and noisy city i have ever visited but it's definitively worth a visit...next time for a treking in the mountains. This early morning we visited the place where Siddharta,the Buddha, was born,the town of lumbini...just 40 min. By plane from kat...i deserved a day of relax :) ... And now we are constantly risking our life but also enjoying the street life we can watch through the window of our bus on the indian road to varanasi...not an easy job for our driver...bye 4 now.
